Zoe joined the team in September 2024 and is based near Bournemouth.
 

She qualified as a nurse in 2019, completing her training through the RAF. After 6 years as a nurse in the military and gaining experience in various NHS and military settings, she undertook a further degree in Occupational Health.

This led to a role working with the police as an Occupational Health Advisor, supporting individuals to return to or remain at work within the force.
