Karley joined the team in August 2024 and is based in Darlington.

She has worked in health and social care settings for 37 years and qualified as a general nurse over 34 years ago. Prior to that Karley worked as a nurse within Occupational Health for 17 years and has extensive experience in mental health and wellbeing, and supporting individuals who choose to remain at work after life changing events.

Prior to joining Bridge she was employed as a DWP Approved Disability Assessor.
