Julie started her career in health and social care in 2008 when she set up her own care agency for adults and children, gaining a degree in health and social care and since 2013, Julie has worked in several roles within complex healthcare, building her knowledge and experience, from Registered Manager to Operations Manager.

Her most recent role being dual Business Director for two case management companies under Active Care Group for 5 years, working predominantly with catastrophic and brain injuries and managing the day to day running, supporting the businesses to grow their services and client base.

Julie has now moved into the new role of Chief Operations Officer at Bridge Case Management to manage the day to day operations, providing focus on specific processes, growing the business and its services and providing a foundation to allow both Liz and Sue, owner/Director’s, who are both Nurses by background, to focus on the clinical aspects and form an even stronger, more dynamic business, continuing to provide an excellent level of service to more clients and their families across the UK.

Julie is also now the IRCM Director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Governance committee.
