Jenny joined the team in January 2017. She qualified as a nurse in 2008, having trained though the RAF at Birmingham City University. She has a critical care specialist background in both NHS and defence environments. Her experience includes operational deployment dealing with traumatic amputations and ballistic injuries, a flight nurse in aeromedical evacuation and rehabilitation of service personnel at Headley Court.

 

     She served as a nurse until August 2017. She is committed to providing safe, effective, and person-centred care. Her caseload includes complex trauma and amputee clients. She has meticulous planning and management skills.

 

     As a lateral thinker she is always considering alternative options and scenarios, which gives her the ability to react to situations appropriately as they arise. Her professional practice has been enhanced through completion of a part-time Masters degree with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and management and leadership skills within the healthcare environment.

 

Jenny is based in Derby.
