Isaac joined the Bridge team in September 2024. He qualified as Sports Therapist in mid - 2021 and worked in the private mental healthcare, as well as working for Northampton Town Football Club providing injury management and rehabilitation to athletes.

In late 2021, Issac transitioned into desktop rehabilitation case management in Manchester for HCML, where he developed rehabilitation plans for injured clients. This led him to taking on the dual role as Clinical Quality Supervisor and Case Manager in Liverpool, overseeing case quality and mentoring colleagues.

Isaac is based in Northampton.
