Clare joined us in 2015 after 30 years working in the NHS. 14 of those years were working for NHS Direct, assessing, advising, and educating patients on how best to facilitate the service provisions available to them.

 

She gained her nursing experience in adult and children’s care having qualified as an adult and children’s nurse in 1989.

 

Clare has a family centred approach to her care and has been able to utilise her knowledge and experience as a case manager to support individuals with their rehabilitation after sustaining multiple complex injuries.

 

Clare is based in Newport, Wales.
